Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• All orders will be shipped within approximately three weeks from the date of order.

• Pre-order processing times may be longer.

• Once your order is processed you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

• StepSegement! cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond the control of StepSegment!

• For international deliveries, please fill the contact form.

Returns

• We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• To start a return, contact us via the contact form.

• If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• We do not accept size-exchanges.
